In case you happen to be in the south of France in May, Danae Penn is giving a talk at Parisot Library on her medieval mystery novels. False Rumours and A Mystery of Blood and Dust are set in the Gers in the 15th century and feature a female sleuth, Belina Lansac. The novels are available in both English and French.
